As a psychologist, Sarah’s priority is to utilize therapies that are backed by extensive scientific research, also called evidence-based therapies. For that reason, she uses therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy (ST), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (GMCT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
