Cancellation Fees
Last minute cancellations have an impact on three parties:
- The client, who delays their therapy progress
- A client on the waitlist, who misses the chance for an appointment, and
- The psychologist, who has spent time preparing for the session.
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please notify the psychologist at least 48 hours in advance. If less than a 48-hour notice is provided, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. For non-attendance (‘no show’) of scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the full consultation fee.
