At the centre of Sarah’s approach to therapy are compassion, creativity, and dedication to evidence-based intervention. She devotes her efforts to creating a supportive, therapeutic and culturally sensitive environment, and to building on people’s strengths to enhance overall wellbeing.

  • Bachelor of Arts (Specialization) (Human Relations and Psychology) – Concordia University, Montreal, Canada
  • Levels 1 & 2 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy

Experience

Sarah has experience with a variety of clinical presentations across the lifespan. Since 2010, she has worked in diverse settings including private practice, hospital, acute inpatient mental-health unit, community organisations, and university clinics.
